A Full-Time Sourdough Baker at our Edmonton location is responsible for measuring, mixing, and hand-shaping artisan bread using traditional methods. This role involves operating commercial bakery equipment, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires a passion for baking, knowledge of pre-ferments and specific dough techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
