The Baker prepares baked goods such as breads, pies, cakes, and pastries according to recipes and production specifications to meet daily catering requirements. This role involves ensuring proper food quality, portion control, and presentation while maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen. The position requires excellent knife skills, prior bakery experience, and a valid ServSafe certification.
