Bakery Machine Operator

The Bakery Machine Operator will learn to operate a variety of mechanized bakery production equipment, including mixers, dividers, proofers, and ovens, while ensuring product specifications and safety standards are met. This role involves monitoring production lines, performing quality assurance checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The operator is responsible for following food safety and quality plans, reporting issues, and adhering to all current good manufacturing practices.
