Bakery Product Development and Quality Support

This role provides technical and scientific leadership for product development and quality support to ensure the safety and quality of Kroger Corporate Brand products. The position involves leading new product development projects, particularly for bakery items, and partnering with suppliers and manufacturing plants to meet food safety and regulatory compliance requirements. The incumbent will monitor product quality, address quality issues, and support the implementation of SQF 2000 Systems.
