About this role
A Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Analyst at Citi assesses outcomes of activities and processes against regulatory and firm requirements to strengthen risk management. The role develops and executes monitoring and testing of controls, including control design assessments and operational effectiveness testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of key controls addressing defined risks.
