Band Saw Supervisor/Operator

The Band Saw Supervisor/Operator is responsible for performing initial cuts on various stock materials using band saws and filling shop orders with the correct raw materials for manufacturing. The role involves measuring, marking, and cutting stock to customer specifications, as well as checking blueprints and identifying proper material thickness and gauge. The position requires setup, adjustment, and operation of band saws, along with performing mechanical tasks and maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will have experience as a saw operator and possess skills in blueprint reading, basic shop math, and crane operation.
