Bank Operations Lead

This role establishes and scales the operating foundation for Affirm's de novo bank, owning the Finxact core and digital banking platforms while leading deposit and lending operations strategy. The position involves managing daily deposit and lending operations, overseeing loan purchase and sale activities, and building a robust operational control environment in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also includes managing critical vendors, leading the Bank Operations team, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver safe and reliable customer experiences.
