The Bank Partnerships Associate supports daily management of one or more bank partners, working cross-functionally with Product, Credit, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams. The role reports to the Director of Business Operations and Bank Partnership Lead and helps ensure operational readiness, audit preparation, and partner relationship management. It contributes to improving partnership operations and cycle-time efficiencies while escalating compliance or relationship concerns to leadership.
