As a Banking Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer experience across the Retail product set, excluding Home Lending, by meeting customer needs through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital education. The role focuses on delivering positive customer outcomes, utilizing frameworks to understand financial needs, and educating customers on banking services. You will also support team members and maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank processes and products to effectively assist customers.
