The Collateral Specialist establishes and ensures the bank's lien interests are properly recorded for Commercial, Business Banking, and Leasing portfolios. The role processes post-closing documentation, coordinates filings and recordings across jurisdictions using internal systems and third-party vendors, and interacts with internal legal as needed. It supports adherence to the bank’s risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
