This role is responsible for servicing members' financial needs and transactional requests across all account types, including savings, checking, and consumer loans. The position involves educating members on credit union products, resolving account inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities to expand financial relationships. It may also require floating to various branch locations or the Phone Center.
