Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a sophisticated restructuring practice in New York or Boston. The role offers hands-on experience, close collaboration with senior attorneys, and strong opportunities for accelerated professional growth in complex, high-stakes bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Associates will represent debtors, creditors, and official committees in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and insolvency-related litigation.
