Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney

A Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney will join a national AmLaw 100 firm's creditors' rights and financial services litigation practice in Chicago, representing lenders, servicers, and other creditors in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters. The role involves managing all phases of litigation, drafting and negotiating workout and settlement agreements, and providing direct client counsel on high‑stakes insolvency and loan enforcement actions.
