Banquet Captain (On Call)

The Banquet Captain oversees all aspects of banquet events, including reviewing BEOs, executing event setups and breakdowns, and training new team members. This role involves collaborating with management and front and heart-of-house teams to elevate service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in banquet operations, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
