The Banquet Captain leads banquet events and delivers exceptional guest experiences at Keystone Lodge, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown of meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events. This role serves as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence are consistently achieved. The position requires flexibility to provide leadership support across the Food & Beverage operation as business levels require.
