Banquet Houseperson

The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for the complete setup and breakdown of banquet equipment, including bars, carts, tables, and chairs, in accordance with the Banquet Event Order. This role involves assisting bartenders with stock and supplies, delivering liquor and beer efficiently, and refreshing meeting rooms as required. The position requires maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment while handling physical demands such as lifting up to 150 pounds and standing for the duration of a shift.
