Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager leads all banquet service operations for Silver Dollar City Resort's indoor event spaces and outdoor event lawn, building the team from the ground up for the resort's opening. This role is accountable for banquet financial performance, staffing, service execution, and coordination with Sales and Culinary. The position involves overseeing daily operations, managing profit and loss, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
