The role involves providing ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff while coordinating all aspects of room and facility setups to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization. This position serves as the personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests and is directly responsible for the performance of hourly banquet food and beverage servers.
