Your role involves executing pre-determined menu selections, communicating specific dietary needs to the kitchen, and ensuring timely delivery of orders with a high level of attention to guest satisfaction. You will also assist in the physical setup and teardown of banquet rooms while maintaining a strong team approach in a luxury resort setting.
