Responsibilities

Restock beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service
Collect and wash glassware to ensure a constant supply for the bar team
Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked for efficient operations
Change beer kegs and assist with cellar duties as required by the team
Support opening and closing procedures while maintaining high safety standards
