Barbacks keep the Snake Oil bar running by handling the physical and logistical backbone of event service, including load‑in, ice, glassware, product replenishment, and breakdown at private events, brand activations, and venue programs. The role works directly alongside bartenders and under the direction of event and bar managers in a fast‑moving, entry‑level environment.
