Barback

The Barback serves as the engine behind the bar program, ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, organized, and service-ready to support bartenders in delivering exceptional cocktails. This role involves restocking spirits, wine, beer, ice, and glassware, preparing garnishes and fresh juices, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards throughout every shift. The ideal candidate is energetic, physically capable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with opportunities for growth into a Bartender position.
