Barista Manager

Kneads Bakeshop is seeking a passionate Barista Manager to oversee the specialty coffee program and manage front-of-house café operations at a new Navy Yard, Washington, DC location. This leader will guarantee exceptional beverage quality, genuine hospitality, and operational service while leading and developing the barista team. The role involves serving as the onsite coffee expert, creating memorable guest experiences, and acting as the Manager on Duty for front-of-house operations.
