Barista

This role involves delivering a fast, friendly, and genuine customer experience at Better Buzz Coffee Roasters by preparing and serving coffee, tea, and food items according to recipe standards. The position requires working across all café stations, including kitchen duties, while maintaining clean and safe environments for guests and teammates. Baristas are expected to be knowledgeable about products, stock ingredients, and adhere to health and safety guidelines in a high-energy, team-oriented setting.
