Barista

The Barista role at Zinnia Cafe supports the Holbrook food and beverage experience by delivering prompt, accurate, and gracious service while maintaining consistent beverage quality and a clean cafe environment. This position represents Holbrook hospitality by creating a warm, polished, and professional dining experience for residents, families, guests, and team members. The role involves preparing and serving coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and retail food items according to brand standards and approved recipes. Additionally, the Barista is responsible for maintaining product consistency, proper merchandising, and cafe cleanliness while supporting the We Proudly Serve Starbucks program.
