Barn Laborer

The Barn Laborer is responsible for maintaining the daily operations and cleanliness of the barn while ensuring the well-being of the birds. This role involves following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), UEP guidelines, and Salmonella Enteritis requirements. The associate performs essential tasks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the farm operates smoothly. Additionally, the associate may be asked to perform additional tasks as needed by management.
