Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking a Barn Manager to oversee the largest saddle horse operation in North America, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and horses. The role involves leading a team of up to 35 wranglers and managing a herd of 120 horses across extensive pasture and trail systems. This position is responsible for daily horse care, facility maintenance, and delivering a safe, fun, and Western riding experience for guests of all skill levels.
