The Group Fitness Instructor delivers a wide variety of entertaining and educational fitness classes, ranging from strength training and high-intensity cardio to yoga and dance, promoting fitness and positive self-esteem in a safe environment. This role involves acting as a fitness resource for members, maintaining positive relationships to encourage attendance, and consistently meeting daily class attendance goals while effectively promoting Life Time programs and services.

Responsibilities

Deliver diverse group fitness classes including strength, cardio, and yoga
Educate participants on proper form and alternative movement techniques
Maintain positive relationships to encourage continued class attendance
Clean and organize studio spaces after each class session
Promote Life Time programs, products, and services to members
