The Bartender will work at the Mediterranean Restaurant - Sotogrande within Pier Sixty‑Six Resort, preparing alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, providing personalized recommendations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high‑volume, luxury environment. The role includes maintaining bar standards, handling cash and transactions, and collaborating with kitchen and service staff.
