Bartender

The bartender will primarily work behind the pool bar, Mojitos, at Havana Cabana in Key West, providing high-volume cocktail service, guest interaction, and maintaining bar cleanliness and stock. The role includes occasional shifts at the cigar bar, Flama Cabana, and supporting banquet and private event bars, requiring knowledge of classic drinks, responsible alcohol service, and POS operation.
