We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our award-winning portfolio in New York City, including Carversteak, Rosevale Cocktail Room, and Starchild Rooftop, all located within the iconic Civilian Hotel. This role involves executing a high-level craft cocktail program with precision and consistency while delivering an engaging, hospitality-driven guest experience. The position requires maintaining strict standards for fresh ingredients, overseeing daily mise en place, and contributing to seasonal menu development. Bartenders will also engage guests through product knowledge and storytelling, ensuring a personalized and elevated service journey.
