This position provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a casino environment while ensuring all laws and regulations with respect to the safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages are strictly adhered to. The role involves promoting excellent guest service experiences, answering menu questions, maintaining knowledge of beverages, and upselling to premium offerings. The Bartender also observes guest behavior for signs of intoxication and ensures quality and presentation meet or exceed guest expectations.
