Base Management Specialist

This role focuses on executing base management strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and drive growth in customer base ARPU through targeted campaigns and pricing initiatives. The position involves managing customer value management programs, conducting cross-selling and upselling campaigns, and monitoring customer base inactivity to recommend performance-based actions. The specialist will also support day-to-day reporting, BTL SMS communications, and Mpesa initiatives to increase user penetration.
