Baseball Instructor

Steel Sports is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Pitching and/or Hitting Instructor to develop baseball players' mechanics, technique, and game understanding. The role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction with an emphasis on player development, safety, and fostering a love for the game. Instructors will conduct individual and group sessions, analyze performance, and create structured training plans to improve player consistency and skills.
