Batch Mixer

This position is responsible for pre-batching, incorporating, and blending raw materials to create industrial or architectural caulk batches with compositional accuracy. The role involves safely operating heavy mixing and grinding equipment, following detailed processing instructions, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The incumbent also participates in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures proper documentation and housekeeping in the mixing areas.
