Batch Plant Mixer Operator

The Batch Plant Mixer Operator is responsible for operating a mixer to ensure maximum production and timely batching of concrete with minimal downtime. The role involves following safety and quality rules, communicating with foremen and QC personnel, and adjusting concrete formulas and moisture content as needed. The operator also monitors computer screens, directs equipment operators, and performs maintenance tasks such as cleaning the mixer and work area.
