Batch Plant Operator

This role involves efficiently operating batching facilities and maintaining maximum production levels by managing computer-controlled systems to transfer and weigh product for ready-mix trucks. The position requires accurate record-keeping, material inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and DOT regulations. The operator is responsible for visually inspecting loads, troubleshooting process interruptions, and assisting with training and cleanup duties.
