Batchmaker/Compounder

The Batchmaker/Compounder is responsible for the safe, quality, and consistent mixing of production batches to fulfill orders and maintain stock levels. This role involves following batch schedules, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring proper labeling and storage of raw materials and equipment. The position requires collaboration with the Chemist and Plant Manager to report issues, manage requisitions, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
