About this role

This role leads a high-performing team of engineers responsible for helping battery cell manufacturers and consumer/automotive OEMs successfully integrate and qualify Sila’s breakthrough silicon anode materials. The position involves guiding customer integrations, troubleshooting technical challenges, and accelerating the journey from sample testing to commercial deployment. The leader will also build and mentor the team while bridging technical and commercial strategies to align roadmaps and customer requirements.
