Battery Service Tech

The Battery Service Tech provides safe and best-in-class roadside service solutions for AAA members, ensuring positive member experiences while responding to service requests within a given ETA. This role involves testing and replacing batteries, performing roadside diagnostics, and educating members on vehicle issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. The position requires maintaining high service standards, managing inventory, and operating a Battery Service Vehicle to support member safety and security.
