About this role

The Battle Captain's Trainer provides critical training support to DISA Battle Captains and Watch members within a Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). This role involves developing training materials, analyzing curriculum standards, and establishing community interests between cyber security trainers and government requirements. The position requires independent operation at high command levels to maintain stable, undisrupted, and secure network environments.

Responsibilities

Develop training materials and certify Watch members on Communications and IT services
Analyze training curriculum and performance objectives to project future goals
Support the development of innovations scope and next generation technology acquisition
Maintain training databases to ensure record accuracy and timeline adherence
Track and report Agency-level training requirements for the Watch workforce
