About this role
Contract personnel will support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre's Exercise Control (EXCON) targeting cell to deliver targeting products and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) during large-scale training events. The role contributes to exercise delivery by producing phase 2 BDA and intelligence reporting, coordinating targeting with ISR and component commands, and providing subject-matter-expert advice to adapt exercises. Assignments are short-term per exercise (typically 5–15 days) and primarily onsite in Stavanger, Norway.
