The Receptionist provides a professional first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering and routing inbound calls, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role supports the company image through prompt, courteous, and efficient service and ensures visitor compliance with policies such as NDAs. The position may be cross-trained to assist with mail/shipping, hospitality, and general office or facilities tasks to support operational needs and reports to the Client Services Supervisor or Manager.
