The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans for students in the Autism program, supervise assistant specialists, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families. The role includes training staff on behavior support plans, revising plans as needed, and may operate independently or under supervision depending on licensure.
