BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)

A dedicated Clinic-Based BCBA is sought to provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to underserved populations, overseeing a caseload of clients and developing individualized treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, supervising RBTs and BCBA trainees, and training new therapists on ABA principles. This hybrid position requires strong soft skills and flexibility to work both onsite and remotely.
