The BCBA Clinic Manager will oversee the clinical operations of a new ABA clinic in the Willow Lawn area of Richmond, collaborating with the operations team and Virginia Clinical Director. The role includes mentoring BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs, managing a client caseload, ensuring clinical quality and compliance, and delivering family‑focused treatment and guidance.
We provide individualized ABA therapy for children on the spectrum as well as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and early intervention.
