BCBA Clinical Lead

The Clinical Lead supports Las Vegas clinics in a center-facing role, assisting in the development and implementation of clinical programs. This position shares responsibility for clinical quality with the Regional Clinical Director, including training BCBAs, mentoring, and promoting student development in BACB Fieldwork programs. The role ensures proper employee training and high-quality clinical experiences focused on patient outcomes and evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
