The BCBA - In Clinic at MeBe is responsible for conducting individualized assessments and developing customized treatment plans for young children with autism and other developmental delays. This role includes providing parent coaching, delivering professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and analyzing data to track progress and optimize interventions. The BCBA will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and uphold evidence-based practices to empower families and enhance children's development.
