About this role
The Clinical Excellence Supervisor supports high-quality clinical care at Cortica by managing and coordinating training and orientation programs and serving as a local subject matter expert in the organization’s whole‑child approach. The role also functions as an ABA supervisor, overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and providing supervision and support to clinicians and behavior interventionists. The supervisor contributes to training development, monitors clinical quality, and communicates findings to clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement.
