BCBA Training Supervisor

Cortica is seeking a Clinical Excellence Supervisor to manage training programs, serve as a subject matter expert for the whole-child approach, and oversee clinical operations for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment. This role involves coordinating new hire orientation, auditing clinician performance, and providing direct supervision and support to Behavior Interventionists and therapy clients across one or more centers.
